If your delivery date have passed, then Your Order is Wait listed. It will be delivered for sure. We are having trouble with production, but we are expecting resolution in a few weeks.

Orders are delayed & shipping takes time due to

• Too many orders in a short span of time.
• Embroidery is hand-done by women artisans. Hand work is not speeding up beyond a limit.
• We are aligning ourselves to deliver within 7 days in the near future. But if you stop ordering we will never reach there. Aligning these artisans calls up for a huge investment for their food, shelter and kids. We are working on speeding up our delivery timeline.
• No orders will be left unfulfilled or in 'yet to be shipped' status. Sooner or later we will ship. We have had sleepless nights for not being able to deliver you in time and also aligning ourselves for future orders. We have limited staff.
• We will refund if at all your orders are undelivered for more than 90 days.
• Helpline Voice Mails and emails are all being recorded and will be replied to. We are just short on staff and staff is busy fulfilling orders.
• Sometimes our delivery partners face delays due to big quantities. Some days when we ship 500 orders, our pick up executive (who comes from a partner company) is also not equipped to carry so many orders together, so some get shifted to the next day. We don't blame them, they are local businesses too! They are also aligning themselves to be able to pick big quantities together.
• So when you order you not only benefit Maheejaa but your payment gets distributed to many local artisans and businesses and their employees. You are helping an entire ecosystem grow! If this isn't vocal for local, then what is?

Deal Products are Non cancellable and non refundable. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
